Acceptable Use Policy — Hummingbird (DepEd Abra · DRRM deployment)
DRAFT for review. Applies to every account holder.
You must
- Report truthfully. Damage figures, no-incident declarations, photos, and preparedness records feed official Division decisions and documents. Every entry is audited under your name.
- Use your own account. Never share credentials or file reports under someone else's sign-in. If you receive a temporary password (first provisioning or an admin reset), set your own password immediately — the system will require it.
- Report within your assignment. School accounts act only for their own school; the system enforces this, and attempts to act outside your scope are denied and may be reviewed.
- Photograph infrastructure, not people. Attach photos of damaged buildings and facilities. Avoid capturing identifiable learners; where a person is unavoidably in frame, prefer a retake. (Photos carry GPS/time evidence by design.)
- Protect devices. Lock your phone; if a device is lost, use "Sign out of all devices" (Change-password page) or ask the Division to reset your password immediately.
- Escalate real emergencies through real channels. The SOS/assistance feature notifies the Division office; it does not replace 911, LGU emergency response, or DepEd emergency protocols.
You must not
- Enter fabricated or inflated damage figures, or file for events that did not occur (the system blocks duplicates per event; it cannot detect fabrication — accountability does).
- Attempt to access other schools' write functions, probe the API, or work around role restrictions.
- Upload content unrelated to DRRM operations (the document and photo stores are official repositories).
- Use the platform for personal, commercial, or political purposes.
Enforcement
Violations are visible in the audit trail and handled by the Division under DepEd administrative rules. The Division may reset or delete accounts at any time; frozen/approved records remain in the system regardless of the author's account status.
